Welcome to Art & Design Studio of Rockland

Art & Design Studio offers students a complete fine art education. We offer painting, drawing, cartooning, clay sculpture, portfolio development, computer graphics, and fashion. You can learn oil and acrylic painting, water colors, colored pencils, pastels, sketching, clay sculpture all in one class. If you want to see inside our studio, watch the video below:

Art & Design Studio of Rockland offers classes for children, teens, and adults. We offer day and evening classes which are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Our instruction focuses on technique training. Instructors guide students through their projects from concept to completion. They work with each student on an individual basis by providing them with their own specific instruction.

With suggestions from the instructor, students can choose a subject and medium to study for each project. Oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, pencil, charcoal, clay and computer are the more popular mediums we teach. Students work at their own pace and level. This allows for a relaxing, non-competitive environment.

Our innovative teaching curriculum offers students a combination of traditional art techniques and computer art and design training.

Students can enroll in single or double classes. We enroll only 5 -12 students in each class to enable them to obtain individualized attention. Instructors were selected based on their impressive credentials and their artistic ability, and, most importantly, their exceptional ability to relate to our students. They encourage both individual improvement and overall excellence.
